Total creation scam
Here is a complaint from total creation customer:

Total Creation – the cheap website design company is a complete rip off!! The logos look like they are done by a child! The websites are runnish! They gave me a template which was awful. You cannot phone them, only speak to them by email. Total Creation are the slowest company in the world. If you send Total Creation an email to make changes to a website, you will be lucky if you receive a response a week later. I ordered my website at the start of May and its now the end of June and they refuse to change the rubbish template or logo they have given me. Im livid and will have to start from scratch now. DO NOT touch these guys, they are awfu, absolute scammers. They hope you will get bored waiting for a reply and just go elsewhere for the services you require. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
